Heloise at Carindale store, gave me an exquisite facial. She was very knowledgeable about products & what was suitable for my skin. As I have sensitive skin, I was anxious about trying new products. When my existing products run out, shall change all mine to L'Occitane.

One of the best L’Occitanes I’ve been to! I usually don’t use their products because they’re too expensive, but after using them, I realised why they were selling at that price point. Their products are very mild and aromatic, so they won’t cause any irritation to your skin. An employee called Kat helped me out, and she was amazing! After that, I’ve bought heaps of their products. Shea butter is my favourite!

I went here yesterday to get something. the asian lady at the counter was so unfriendly. i asked where a product was and she pointed in a direction but wasnt specific, so i asked her again and she just pointed down at the counter on the side, where the product was. when i paid she didnt even ask me if i wanted a paper receipt or an emailed one. she just said thanks. why do u work here if you cant be nice to customers?
Very friendly helpful staff, a lovely store to shop in. I love their Shea Butter hand cream. L'Occitane also quietly supports many international charities through their social awareness initiatives - the L'Occitane Foundation are committed to fighting avoidable blindness, aiming to restore sight to 10 million visually impaired beneficiaries by 2020. When you purchase their organic natural products you are also giving back. Their shea butter is actually sourced directly from women's groups in Burkina Faso as Fair Trade for women's emancipation. Shea butter is known as "Women's Gold" as it provides a venue source for the women of Dissin. No animal testing and no animal products or by-products are used, except for beehive products.
The staff provide amazing customer service, and make you feel really special. I have never had anyone come around from the sales register and personally hand me my purchase! I was highly impressed, a lovely touch. The cherry blossom products are amazing!!
The products are very nice. The store staff member provided an absolutely superb customer service: explained the products patiently and let me try a few before buying. She also brought my attention to an offer with two of the products I wanted plus one at almost the same price: definitely a win. I would certainly come back for restock! Very neatly designed store with a large range of products.
I was served by a manager and asked questions about products for as a gift. I simply asked about products that were gentle on the skin and I was brushed off as if I wasn’t going to buy the products. I assume I was brushed off because of the way I dressed even though I was asking about full priced products. Disappointed that I couldn’t get an answer about how these products are on the skin and this manager being dismissive.
