Left a message for Customer Service to call me back regarding an issue. It took me 6 attempts over 3 days before i got hold of anyone. Disgraceful.
Was previously employed here, not a good company to work for. Underpay their staff and was forced to work overtime without pay. Have had multiple issues with managers asking to do an unreasonable amount of work when other more favourited employees got to spend their paid time sitting on their phones in the office. If you want to be payed a fair rate for a decent job, unfortunately this is not the place for you. They don't have spare money to build racetracks by paying their staff correctly.
I didn't and don't work there, howevernAn OTR store has taken double payment and is taking nearly 4 weeks to recover my moneynAbsolutely beside myself that it is taking this lon. Customer service don't keep in touch or return calls.nThe corporation is a crook. Check your bank statements for any double payments when purchasing. As im sure they won't let you know of the error.
Forced me to work 10 mins before and after my shift under the OTR brand. Worked overnights had money deducted for breaks even though I never got my break. Avoid at all costs!
