We had a great stay. Loved the decor- everything was very relaxing and the bed was great. We had a river view room which had a lovely view and a small balcony with a chair and table.nThe breakfast , which was ordered from a menu was a nice change from a buffet.nLocation was perfect for us.nWould definitely stay there again.
Amazing Hotel and Service. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spotless and clean. The hotel staff were all so professional but also had a warm and welcoming nature.nI had breakfast at the hotel 3 days in a row and it was on point each time. The lounge area was also a lovely place to meet my family who also stayed at the hotel. I loved the hotel dog he was very sweet and it was a nice touch.nI personally have very high standards when it comes to accomodation and there wasn't one thing I could fault.nI highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Launceston in the future.
Great Hotel, our room at 8th floor had a great view of the mountain and river. Room was huge and spotless. We also had few nights at the suite room, which was stunning.nStaying here was the best decision we made and the manager was extremely helpful.
We stayed here for 4 nights. The bedroom and the bathroom were bigger than some hotel we stayed at. The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect, it was in walking distance to close by restaurants and shops. Close enough to be able to drive to Cataract Gorge and the CBD. I recommend getting the daily breakfast. It's not your typical breakfast buffet. You order from the menu like a normal cafe. The onsite restaurant, the Grain and Woody Bar, serves great food and bar food. Highly recommend booking the restaurant for breakfast and dinner if you're planning to eat in.
My room was absolutely beautiful! Staff were so friendly. Location was amazing, but I think the best of all of this was ARCHIE! The hotel have a live in Labrador who brought me his toy upon check in, absolutely melted my heart and made the whole stay just perfect
