The resort is beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean and we had a lovely view of the garden. The pools are fantastic and salt village/beach is a fantastic location if you're looking for a more quiet and relaxed beach holiday. There were only a few little things that could be improved on which would have made it a perfect stay. First, the bathroom was beautiful but there was a small lip at the entrance where it is easy to stub your foot which would really be easily avoided. And second, while the buffet breakfast had a selection of foods, compared to other high star resorts the offering was limited and not having espresso coffee included in the buffet price would have been a huge let down if I had of paid and not had breakfast included. These are little details which shows that overall, the resort is top notch and we will definitely be returning.

Having stayed here 4 years ago, I feel like standards have slipped a bit unfortunately. For instance, we had daily servicing but except on the days where we happened to be in the room, basic things simply didn't happen. Like a full garbage bin that didn't get emptied. Our tea towel and chux were taken but not replaced, and the dishwasher powder not restocked, leaving us with no way to actually clean our dishes. We were only supplied with 2 beach towels for a 2 bedroom suite (we had 3 people staying). And then when we did use them and left them in the bath tub to be replaced, we weren't left any (thankfully the weather turned so we didn't need them anyway). The dishwasher leaked on first use (to the resorts credit a repairman arrived fast). The batteries in the remote control for the TV were so flat we had to stand next to the TV to use them. I still had a great holiday, but for the price we paid I do expect a bit better attention to the details.

Love the location. Had a 1 bed apartment so able to cook if we wanted and a nice table and lounge area. Friendly helpful staff. Parking in the garage facility can be an issue with birds roosting and bird droppings on the car. Need to make sure where you park where the netting is around the pipes.

This is the 5th peppers we have stayed and it is noticeably more dated than the rest with furniture visibly worn. That being said the room is spacious, clean and our self contained apartment well equipped. The customer service has been friendly but still needed to request a cot twice after check in despite requesting it at booking. House keeping skipped us on the first day just leaving a bag of towels at the door even though we didn't have our privacy tag out. The buffet breakfast has all of the standard eggs and bacon and is tasty.

Fabulous. Amazing pools. Great cocktails. Friendly staff, easy parking, wonderful beach and superb accommodation with smart upgraded rooms and apartments. Salt Village is just getting better and better. Highly recommend.
