I'm from Perth and I just had a Pep Pizza for the 1st time... all I can say is WOW what a delicious pizza.. One of the best I've had!! Loved their style of Garlic Bread as well..
Honestly the two girls that was on tonight’s. They had the best customer service I have received in a long time. Very friendly. Pizzas were amazing. definitely recommend coming here. My partner and I sat outside with a 1.25 litre drink. They even see that we was sitting outside and came and gave us a cup.
Were extremely happy with Pizzas when first opened. Gone down hill since. On one occasion a 2.5 hour wait for delivery that never came. Called and went to collect order. Pizza had very obviously been reheated as burnt around edges and an extremely strong, unpleasant sauce poured over the top. Inedible.Tonite was the last chance. Called to order and put on hold. Call not picked up and had to call back. This happens a lot. I was told waiting time was 10mins. Went to collect to be told another 15 min wait. Not the first time this has happened. Then was presented with a gluten free pizza which I did not order. Wasn't waiting for another to be cooked. Bases and topping are becoming thinner. Try to support local business but will be spending my hard earned dollar elsewhere.
We love your Pep pizza !!! The staff are always friendly both over the phone and when we go over to collect the pizza . Their vegetarian options are great and they also offer customised pizza. Pizzas are always consistent with taste and toppings . Regulars for sure .
Hi, this has been on my mind since Saturday evening and I must tell you about the great customer service I received from the lindisfarne store on saturday night. I ordered via phone and came to the store to pick up my order but I also needed to change my order quite a bit. The person at the register called the manager who I think was named Kate. Kate was absolutely lovely and listened to my predicament and she sorted everything out for me. Within 15 minutes I had everything I needed and was treated with respect and courtesy - something that is rare these days. So I just wanted to say a big thank you to Kate for her lovely customer service.
