1st session - technical difficulties with the psychologist so the session didn’t happen. They were not able to book another session for me at the time slot I requested for 3 1/2 weeks. 2nd session - I was very unwell, contacted receiption at 6:40am that morning to cancel for a 4pm appointment. Even though this was a Monday and I could not have contacted them any sooner as they were closed on Sunday AND I am 100% confident they were able to rebook the very popular 4pm time slot, they still considered this one of my sessions as I did not give 24hrs notice. This is in spite of the previous appt being cancelled due to issues on their end. 3rd session: ALSO cancelled due to technical issues on their end The whole process has left a very bad taste in my mouth. To your reply: you say that you have been trying to contact me - your team called me one time and left a voicemail saying that I had asked to speak to a supervisor I did not request that. That is definitely not trying to contact me, you did not even send an email. Obviously you had little intention of actioning this feedback.
Really pleased with this service both times we’ve used them. This year my daughter has been meeting with Tiana who has been fantastic in helping her. And she has also helped my partner and I help her. Thanks to the team definitely recommend Tiana and anyone
I had a 9am appointment on a Monday morning, I got really unwell on the preceding Saturday i got shingles I finally got through after being put on hold for 25 mins Monday afternoon and apologised and explained that I couldn't have attended the session Then in the next session the psychologist says that they have charged my EAP for the missed appointment as it was a "last minute cancellation" it wasn't possible for me to call to cancel my session before because the office wasn't open until Monday morning. Every time i have tried to call reception put on hold for 15 - 20 mins. I explained this to the psychologist and they said "yes we are very light on for admin staff" Thats not my problem. It doesn't make sense to treat clients like this as it damages the therapeutic relationship. I wont be continuing here
My family have used PeopleSense three times and each psychologist has been professional and supportive to the one of us seeking support. Would highly recommend. Last one current was over the phone and still excellent.
Terrible experience. Extremely hard to get an appointment, so was pushed towards phone appointments otherwise it was a 6 week wait. My first appointment the counsellor never called and I had to ring to get them to call me. My second appointment the counsellor again never called me and the operator couldn't get hold of her. Pretty upsetting when the people who are supposed to help can't make time to help you
Booked 1st session, but PeopleSense cancel on the morning of the session, therefore I have to rearrange to the following day already rearranged my work day, so now have to rearrange the next day. I go to session the following day and once finished the counsellor recommends I do another session the next day to 'keep the momentum going'. I turn up for the next session; wait nearly 30 minutes and no sign of the counsellor - nothing. I got a sorry from receptionist that's all and I leave - no explanation of why no show from counsellor. I myself called them back later no contact from PeopleSense themselves and now I have to go to a different counsellor today - I will now have to go through my story all again, and I've had to rearrange my day twice to fit in this next session. REALLY UPSETTING & DISAPPOINTING!!! PS Google won't allow me to give no stars, hence why the 1 star.
For a company that has the word ' sense ' in it, your workers do not make much sense at all. Absolute no duty of care at all but in saying that your company and workers have to save the insurance company as much money as possible. Regards Nathan Wilkinson
Easy to access, pleasant rooms, highly professional team, my psychologist is warm and funny, and I feel very supported emotionally.
I have had a good positive experience, reflective and sensitive support with guidance beautifully packaged in the services.
Great. Polite, courteous. Just done the one visit for now but they make you feel comfortable. Not a number
