Got sent away multiple days in a row told that they had no available staff to help me, wait times exceeded 1.5 hours. All I wanted was a travel money card which is a very quick on the spot transaction. Unsure what the point of having a branch is if they can’t help customers.
Half the atms don't work. The coin deposit machine doesn't work. Staff were very rude and didn't apologise for the broken machines, just matter of factly shouted, that's not working today. No offer of an alternative means I.e. counter service to deposit coins. There are much, much better banks at the mall with polite and curious staff.
Manager Naina should improve the way she talks to customers. While I was trying to explain to her the issue that I was experiencing she refused to listen to what I was saying and kept cutting me off without letting me to explain the issue. Her atitude towards me was very abusive. Hope it does not happen again in the future.

Plain rude, very judgemental, racist doesn’t even offer help or bother to ask more questions to find out what I am having trouble with just gives you straight go away direction. Is it because I don’t look white or is it because I am minority? I always thought common wealth bank is always helpful and staff are really friendly when it comes to their clients except when I went in there asking for help to find out my log in for internet banking. The lady told me go get your driver license to verify my account to get my internet banking? It’s almost seems like she was assuming that I have stolen my own card or I’m coming in there to joke around. if you are white and looking to open all white members account. I highly recommend you should keep your account with common wealth bank.
Horrible service. I went in there for help with my stolen card and was treated horribly. I have never written a review but the girls in this branch are next level rude. They told me to go and use the ipad or the app on my phone before calling next. Very annoying. Learn customer service as I will be leaving combank after so many bad experiences.
Quite rude. Just told to come back the next day because their 1 staff member that can handle accounts was busy for the rat if the day. Should really have more staff if they can't handle more than 1 customer. Very disappointing, go to another store if you can.
