This htel is very old and out of date, the room was not clean and very poorly maintained. The bath room was very small and I dont beleive it has been cleaned correctly for year, mould and dirt in the base and doors of the shower. The kitchen was also very dirty, cook top had spider webs on top and looked like it also had not been cleaned for a long time. The bed cover was old and stained, a put off from the time we walkied into the room. I would not recommend this place for anyone that has a clean home and likes nice clean surroundings. I have stayed in cleaner camp sites

Very dissapointed with the Penrith Valley Inn. I paid for 4 nights accomodation. And only stayed for 2 nights. On the second morning I asked the duty manager if i could use my other 2 nights at a later date as a family crisis had emerged and i had to return home urgently. The duty manager said i would have to put my request in an email to head office. Which i did then left the motel to head home back to qld. My home for the last 5 years After having no response to my email. I rang and spoke to the manager and asked why i had no response as i wished to use my 2 nights and return to Penrith She said she would bring my email to head office attention again Several days later i got a response that because i paid for the motel with bartercard They will not let me use my 2 nights Well that really sucks. I paid $200 per night for 4 nights and then found that i could not use my other 2 nights that i paid for. Penrith Valley Inn YOU SUCK you also have really bad quality rooms just 1 of the nasty things i found A dead cockroaches on the floor. And a chair that was so badly worn i refused to sit on it

Sheets were clean. Quiet. Air con worked. Bathroom needed cleaning. Fixtures and fittings very tired. Acceptable if you're desperate for bed in the area.

Nice, comfortable stay with pleasant management. No evening dinner, though, but nearby to fast food at Peachtree. Very convenient location if staying on business and need to travel Mulgoa Rd.
