Tried their tapas - mac n cheese croquettes, duck spring rolls and lemon pepper calamari - and these did not disappoint. Calamari was just a few small pieces though but was tender and nicely seasoned. Croquettes came with truffle mayonnaise and which tasted great. The order took about 20 minutes to arrive though.
This place has risen from the ashes over the last few years under its current ownership and management. The staff genuinely look like they enjoy working there and are great for a laugh! Food smokes the Dromana Pub well thats not hard!. Food is very good, curry of the day always a banger. Best priced booze within 20km radius! Keep up the great work guys!
Ordered home delivery tonight and was very disappointed when the food arrived. Burnt cheesy bread that you couldn’t even eat. Chicken Parma stacked with cheese, obviously being deep friend and overcooked. Chicken was very dry and chips soggy.nnAll food was stone cold and a waste of $50!nVery disappointed as the food is always good when you dine in.
There were no people in the bistro part of the rsl and yet it still took us 15 minutes just to order as the service was extremely poor. Then we waited 50 minutes for our food before we had to ask where our food is. Mind you there was no one else in the bistro part and they didn’t even check if we had our meals. Then they finally hand us our food in uber eats bags because they got the order wrong. So we were eating put of plastic containers. Really poor service. Won’t be going back.
Food was ok. I had a salad with kale and green beans. I got fetta and calamari as an added extra. Didn't enjoy the food. Salad was bland and fetta didn't taste fresh. My son, on the other hand ordered a second steak, so he obviously enjoyed the food. The service was excellent.
