Ian is one of those old fashioned guys who knows his stuff. Need a hard to get part or how to fit it, Ian's your man. Hundreds of parts on the shelf too. I've fixed many appliances with his help and I can highly recommend this shop.

This guy had me in tears after telling me i was being difficult and hanging up on my 2 x - The questions were "Is the machine hooked up to water?" My answer "no" "Do you have access to a tap outside to hook it up too" My answer "I can't physically get it to the tap my husband is away and i personally can't lift it" - So far reasonable questions and reasonable answers but at this point he said he can't help me and wasn't able to work with me because it was all too hard, then proceeded to hang up on me. Upset I rang back because I needed our machine fixed and needed his service (first mistake giving this unprofessional person another chance) After a short explanation from me explaining that if he had given me time I would have said I would need to wait for my husband to get back to do all the things he required to assess the machine before coming out, he then proceeded to tell me he can lift the machine and didn't expect me too... At no point had made any indication to this in the prior conversation before he hang up on me, then went on to make out that he has this problem all the time with people who make out like its all to hard. Well mister your problem is your communication and if you see a pattern of this maybe you should recognise the problem is you. If you keep getting the same problem with lots of people the contributing factor in this equation is YOU! After telling him "I think your communication style is awful had you have said you could have helped me move the machine in the first place we wouldn't have had a problem" He then said "Look I don't think we are a good fit and my service won't help you" Then hung up on me again. Simply appalling!!! There is no way in this world your behaviour is conducive to any sense of kindness or professionalism and there is no way in the world I would ever deal with your company ever again. I will do my best to warn people of your attitude because simply it is not nice to make someone feel so awful when the problem is yours.

Freindly service parts were exact & better than the originals (bought fridge door shelfs & ice twist trays)delivered to the door.

I was greeted by a truly helpful staff member that personally checked for several minutes that the thermostat that I was about to purchase would match my defective one. It was the best $83 that I have spent in many a month. I would highly recommend using this shop.
