What an experience! From the phone call to the front door, the service, food and beers were top shelf. The staff, especially Candice, showed so much care and made the evening very special. The King Penguin Pale Ale and the Little Penguin were delightful as was the burger. Family friendly and a real highlight of the holiday.
The bar has beautiful views over the water and a variety of indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy it.nnNot being a beer drinker I was pleasantly surprised by the wines and ciders on offer. I had the sparkling rosè and it was pretty good.nnThe food is tasty and fresh. I recommend the chicken penguin burger. The nachos are also pretty tasty.nnThe service is friendly and efficient and there’s parking outside.
Just had drinks, the beer range is excellent. Was lovely and busy on a Friday evening.nThe Boom was my favourite beer!!
A lovely spot with friendly staff. Also open when others were closed which made it an easy choice. Nice food and beer
After visiting 3 times here for a meal and a local brew, I can honestly say 3 out of 3 experiences were on par . Food is great , view is soothing by the sea and local ciders and beers are awesome. All staff have been lovely upon each visit . Highly recommend! Penguin is really stepping up with some funky places to visit in town .
