Great school! Growing up and going there every morning, i found that this school was much smaller and better than others in the area. This school has great values and student behaviour is great! They encourage equality and have many fun excursions for the students to attend. However, the toilets may need a little more care...
I feel blessed to have had both my children be part of this lovely school community. The staff are so dedicated and approachable. The Principal Douglas is very generous with his time and is at the front gate welcoming in families every morning. I love how the school recognises the importance of the arts in children’s development and that music is offered as a subject. The inquiry subject encourages curious learning from all the students. One of the other great things about Penders Grove is the huge grounds that the kids have to run and play in.
We have just finished our first year with Penders Grove and I could not speak more highly of the school and of the teaching staff. Being a small school there are many opportunities for all children. The art show, dancing and music performances were all wonderful. I find Douglas, the principle, to be very approachable and open to ideas and input.
Beautiful school with wonderful teachers and staff. The kids are great and very friendly. And best of all, it is not one of those schools with excessive numbers of students!
It was great! the classes so far are Prep Samantha, Prep Dayle, 1/2Phoebe, 1/2Wendy, 1/2Felicity, 3/4Jess, 3/4Jeff, 5/6Amy and 5/6James. You should bring your child there!
Quite a nice school with relatively good students and staff and have good programs like OSHC
It's quite a nice, but small school.
