It gets a little challenging with a very long weighting time to see the GP. However they will make an effort to fit a patient in on certain dates. I feel the charges are high, especially when they charge for double consultation without any warning.

The Dr was wonderful. However Joanne the team leader at reception was so rude. When I walked in without a mask  as I have a medical exemption she said after trying to hand ne one, 'it's a condition of entry'  then after I explained about the exemption, in an abrupt tone and loud enough for everyone to hear she told me to be seated outside!!! After shouting all my private details from a distance. Whilst I was there all restrictions were removed and a staff member ripped the signs down. It's a farce. If everyone was in a 'protective mask how am I a risk. It is so segregating and it must be what racism feels like. Disgraceful. That kady dies not know my story. Show some respect and dignity.

We love our local practice. Dr Lauren Shorthouse is our family doctor and she is fantastic. Open, warm and approachable whilst also being patient and thorough. We are definitely regulars in her office and she has seen us through pregnancy, allergies, spinal surgeries and more and continues to do so. Other Dr's we have seen in her absence who are also excellent, Dr Peter De Wett, Dr Griener, Dr Sharlene Bowes.

My blood test was sent electronically to my phone, I opened the application at Pathology, they scanned it, the test was done, the results were phoned through, such an uncomplicated process; brilliant.

Place like home , great staff, caring doctor's In the 9 years as a patient could not fault the service

Whilst on hold for 15 minutes I was told over and over again how friendly the staff are at this clinic. Well I have never come across staff who are so rude and unhelpful. Went in for some simple blood tests and they would not give me the results unless I paid for another appointment. I said what is the point in paying for another appointment if there is nothing to discuss, Would be ok if the bulk billed, but they don't even for a health card holder. So ended up costing $100 to find out my cholesterol was a touch over normal!!!!!

Disgusted at this pathetic excuse for a doctor,  showed absolutely no interest in what I was saying, said the pain I was in after spinal surgery was all in my head and cut my medication.

Extremely rude and unhelpful receptionist. Very disappointed that they were not even willing to make a booking while I was there in person. Insisted I go elsewhere or call back the next day to ‘see’ if they can help.

Having a doctor's consultation. This doctor was very efficient at looking into my problem.

Always caring always informative always there for the patient. Thanks very much
