Very friendly staff, clean, and lots of space. The food came out very quickly, and was good quality. We had the honey prawns and the prawns were nice and big, and we had flaming pork spare ribs and there was no gristley bits. Also had a few cocktails which weren't bad, but for $12 you can't go wrong.
My favourite Chinese restaurant in the Central Coast.. located inside the Central Coast leagues club, food is fresh, and meals are large.staff friendly and helpful and attentive. Lovely atmosphere, highly recommend for familys groups, couples.
Went to this place after a long journey to Gosford hoping to get good food from all the reviews. Was sorely disappointed. Firstly when taking our order, the staff member was extremely rude with a belittling attitude towards us. When we asked what the SHORT SOUP consisted of, he simply pointed at the word Short. ???? Ok. Best part was when the food came out. If you look at the pictures, you’ll see exactly what we had :. Just the way the resteraunt decor is stuck in the 80s, so is the hygiene and safety standards. If you’re hungry and you won’t survive without your next meal, for-go this place.
We enjoyed the food and experience. Simple menu made it easy to order for westerners. We were able to order plates per person for some in our group and variety of platters to share for others. Rotating centre piece on round tables made it easy to share and easy to serve.Food: 4/5
Food was quite good, but we waited for at least forty-five minutes for the dessert which was part of the banquet. It was just a bowl of icecream. While we were waiting, a large and noisy group were seated right next to us. We asked about the dessert and were told it was coming. We waited for at least another ten minutes and then we left, as we were over the noise by then.
Food is ok, but the fried rice isn't very special. The service wasn't great considering there weren't many diners there. Had the banquet, which was good value.Food: 4/5
Dont go here if you have kids, not a family friendly restaurant. My four year old was humming song and jst playing with the spoon on the plate yes there was clink clank noise but it really was not loud guys, we 100% monitored her and made sure it wasnt too loud yet a staff came rudely took her plate away from her hand and said it was bothering other patrons. There was only two other Caucasian couples dining there, both staff and people dining there need to be fully aware in a chinese restaurant expect noise and kids, it is not freaking fine dining Tetsuya. Or if you cannot handle kids noise just put a policy no kids allowed then we will definitely avoid the place. Well now we know. Not coming back ever. Heads up for other families with small children
A hark back the 1980s. Old skool decor and table service but the food is really good. If ordering from the bat, make sure you have cash as their EFTPOS machine wasn't working. Downstairs is ATM but your looking at a $3 fee to use it.Food: 4/5
My partner and I came here for our lunch during our road trip. Because of Covid, we had to go through the casino entrance to enter the restaurant. A little inconvenience. We ordered the Singapore fried noodles and steamed prawn dumplings. The noodles was ok as not spicy enough. The prawn dumplings were good, good portions too as there were six. Although there were only 2 staffs serving all the customers, it’s not crowded so it’s ok. Staffs were friendly and price was fair too.
We were 8 adults and 2 kids.. Got inside from 12 noon when they opened.. almost 1pm and no food yet. Spring rolls were all wrapper and no filling Rude staff Outdated decor Not a great dining experience
