The team at Pedders Salisbury were really helpful. They were quick and rang with updates throughout the day as well as recommendations and suggestions. The work they have done on my ute has completely transformed the car which is now great to drive and handles so much safer. Plus when I got in my car to pick it up I noticed they had fixed some of the interior faults in the cab which I didn't even ask for. I highly recommend them as they are great to deal with and the service is friendly.

WARNING I wouldn't waste my time going back too Salisbury pedders I'd recommend going else where. Had my car put in for a full suspension check due to a rattle in the suspension. I was told they had found the problem I purchased the parts they identified as faulty had them fit them only to find that they had replaced the incorrect parts. And replaced parts the car I took in there for a suspension check last needed. I have been back at least 6 times now and spent close too $1000 replacing things they said was causing the issue. Only too find the issue is still there. I would not recommend them too my worst enemy. I wouldn't waste my money going back there. Not only did they misdiagnose the fault they made administration errors that had them replacing parts that needed to be replaced on my last car not my current one. Too which they tried to say the invoice was incorrect not the work they performed even though I have the original suspension check report which states my current car needs upper inner control arm bushes not upper outers which is what my old car needed and I can clearly see they did the upper outers just like the invoice says. 😑 They have all the right tools and machines but clearly have no idea on how too use them correctly. On every occasion they have worked on it they have test driven the car ive asked them if the problem is fixed I am told yes it is only to drive out the driveway and find that it's still there. They keep saying bring it back and we will check it again. But they never rectify anything. I would avoid them at all cost. As it will save you a lot of money and inconvenience.

Took my car in for a full suspension replacement as it was totally stuffed. Had a few quotes and checks done and only these boys noticed a issue which I knew the car had, they fixed it replaced everything I wanted and car drives better than new. Michael bought this business a couple of months ago and he is doing a great job. Sadly old management did not listen to customers and it got them some bad reviews. The work done was to a high standard and there are not many people I let near my vehicles as I would normally do all this work myself. So to get a tick from me it is rare. Well done Michael, Kirk and James.

Asked for an assessment, I had just purchased brand new shockers 1000kms before. They assured me I needed replacements.
