Amazing cafe under new management. Everything looked so tasty and fresh. Ordered breakfast and coffee. Food was really delicious and big quantity for the price. The staff were very friendly and service was great. Will 100% visit again.
Friendly staff here, a good selection of pies, sandwiches and sweet. It was a decent mince pie but my experience with their beef curry spring roll was much more vivid, like these photos.
Really good quality food. Really good pricing. Been here for both the dine in and bakery food. This time around I got a kiwi big breakfast for under $20 WHICH IS INSANE IF YOU’VE SEEN THE AVERAGE PRICE OF THEM AT MOST CAFES and it came with all of the below. Would definitely go back if I was running low on the dough but still wanted to take the Mrs out for some tasty Brekky. Nice one!
Food was over salted. Overkill with blueberries in the pancakes. I asked for over easy eggs.. came out sunny side up. Mushrooms and spinach had some weird watery taste. Portions were good though. We ordered 2 coffees Caramel Latte and Vanilla Cappuccino. Waited 30mins for it and it was overly sweet we couldn’t drink it. Waited 45mins for our food which was probably the most annoying thing. Eggs Benedict 2.5/5 Pancakes 2/5 Kiwi Big Breakfast 2/5 Coffee 1/5 You would get better food directly across them however they were closed when we went so decided to try this place. Fair to say won’t be back
A delicious egg omelette and a pot of tea for under $22 Excellent portions and good table layouts for families, couples or solo's even pram and wheelchair friendly. I entered famished but left content!! Thanks again and highly recommended to one and all.
Its located in Glen Eden, near the library, you can eat there, tables n seats provided, nice, clean n tidy. They offer many pastries, pies, my dad loves their seafood n fish pies, he says that the sauce is just right, the pies r always fresh, they have norty food like cream donuts, slices, pastry, sandwiches, tubs of assorted salads with meat, they also have a menu they offer hot b cold drinks. They r always friendly n polite and kind. I was offered their phone number so I could order my dads favorite pies to be put aside as they do run out : small businesses like this have my support for their the way they cater for their community. They know their regular customers and every one is made to feel welcome.
Amazing staff & food, me & my partner travel from the city early in the morning just to get a pie from them and end up buying so much! Definitely one of my favorite bakery’s, and such a good price! Thanks team !
Bought the sausage roll,very dissapointed , pastry was good but the sausage meat had way to much stuff added that there was hardly any meat. Definitely would not purchase again.
Food wasnt bad, came here because our usual spot wasnt open, i ordered the toast w/eggs, mushrooms & bacon, my toast however seemed like they ran out of butter as only the middle part was buttered. Plate was enormous which made it look like you got alot. Bbq chicken had run out and only crispy chicken was available. There is a self serve to sandwhiches and pastries etc....service was good but they had forgotten our salad which they quickly made for us. Good layout, spacious and tables avail to eat in.
Love this cafe, owners are more like friends. Always good for a quick chat while waiting for my morning coffee. Often go there for a weekend breakfast. Great price point too
