dodgy salon, do not waste your money here. felt as if the lady was training with how rough she was. kept hitting my skin with the electric nail buffer, I had glue around the nail on my skin, First Lady was horrible at painting and had to get somebody else over to finish painting. the lady told me the nails will last me 1-2 months 2 days later my nail had started to come lose and also started bleeding and now on the 3rd day the nail has come off.Service: Manicure
I haven’t had my nails done in years and went to Kotara on a whim. The all the staff I spoke with were so lovely and friendly, and they got me in with no worries. Previously I’ve gotten full sets at other establishments and felt rushed but it wasn’t like that here. My technician even offered nail art as she knew I was doing this for an event. This is something I never ask for as I don’t want to take up time or be difficult, but she was happy to go through options and find something that suited the design. Understandably they can be busy on peak times like the early half of Thursday night shopping, there’s a waiting area, appointments available and the food court very close.Services: Acrylic nails
Pearl Nails salon was able to accommodate my last-minute visit on the day before a weekend of travel. They were kind, quick, and able to create the precise form and colour I desired. I'll surely return when it's time for a refill. Love this nail salon!!!
It was my first visit to this nail salon, which was almost like a hidden gem. The lady who did my nails was very careful, caring, and reassuring. And the nails are still in good condition after 3 weeks so I highly recommend them.
Unsanitary nail salon. They share equipment with each other with out cleaning between customers or even at all. I had a lady next to me getting a pedicure using the same trolley full of dirty tools, straight from my lady to her lady’s hands to use on her customer without a clean. We commented if we get new equipment and they said we share. We all pay good money for good clean service but not here. I am a nails addict and always want to find the best place to take care of it. I have been to many places and tried many nail salons, but so far I can say that this is the best place in Kotara. From the service to the attitude of the staff, nowhere can compare with this nail salon. Best nails salon in Kotara for sure!
I researched all nail places within kotara and this place seemed the most consistent. Had a pedicure and manicure. Very professional and polite. I was very happy with the result. Very fair pricing
Terrible. I got my nails done here for the first time in Australia. I asked for a pink french manicure and had to go back to get the nail varnish removed and I chose a nude colour so it didn’t look bad. They tried to charge $10 extra, when I had already paid $80. On top of that, the acrylics look like they’ve been on for at least 2 weeks!Service: Manicure
They offer a variety of colours, I tried the acrylic design for the first time and I am very satisfied with my nails. I would totally recommend this to everyone, best nails salon in Kotara from my experience
