I came in last week with my two toddlers. I couldn’t move as I had significant back pain and was barely able to get out of the car.nMy youngest 1 had been at emergency 2 days before after an incident gave her a cut on her head.nI waddled in, using shelves as support with two toddlers, we were the only ones in there.nI very kindly asked for help reapplying the steristrips and bandage as emergency advised me that a chemist would be able to assist in reapplying if required.nI was told that there was no way that they could help as they were “short staffed”. Almost in tears from my back pain, I said “so I’ll have to pack the kids back into the car and go somewhere else?” To which I got “yeahhhh sorry.”nI’ll mention again.. that I was the only one in there. There were at least two people behind the counter and another serving me.nI pleaded and asked multiple times again, hunched over in significant pain- clearly unable to apply bandages to an infants head and was told I could buy the things and do it myself. I buy the recommended items, get home and find that the bandages she told me to get were way too small.nnOverall an extremely poor experience and I’m so bitterly disappointed that despite the clear pain I was in and the emptiness of the store, I was more or less told “tough luck, go elsewhere.”nVery little empathy and I see why so many people waste the resources of emergency services when this is the kind of “help” provided to them.nnShould have gone to the one at the shops but I physically couldn’t walk that far from the car with two little ones in my condition.nDo better.

Lovely pharmacy with some nice gifts and great customer service. I find it much more personal than the bigger outlets. Very convenient that you can order scripts through an app and they offer delivery too.

I have been dealing with Peak Pharmacy Leopold for just over 6 months. I order compounded medicine via telephone as the medication is not available in my location. I have found them to be friendly and helpful at all times, and they post my medication promptly and for free. Highly recommended if you need to order medication over the phone.

Very friendly and professional staff. Always informative and answer any questions and are really prompt and efficient.
