We had a 9th floor suite with a balcony overlooking Kings Park. It was breathtaking. Convenient 5min walk to the Kings Park Cafe for an amazing mothers day breakfast and coffee. Bed was so comfy, and we were pleasantly surprised there was a washer and dryer, so no dirty clothes to take home. All self contained, with everything you need to cook a meal. Great facility, quiet, and staff very friendly. We highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
I had high expectations after reading reviews - these were exceeded. I chose because of location mainly, and the studio with kitchenette. It was perfect for my stay! View from the room was right over Kings Park, Kitchenette was way more usable than I thought, full sized washer and dryer!, shower was wonderful and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful and just interested in ensuring you had a lovely stay.
Have never had an issue at any quest apartments I've stayed at. Staff have always been friendly and accommodating. Will always continue to stay at quest no matter where I go as you can rest assured that you will always get fabulous service and the rooms will always be clean.Rooms: 5/5
The rooms are immaculate and have a nice kitchenette and utensils. The hotel is just inside the free zone for buses which is cool. The park is phenomenal! The war memorial is well worth visiting. Brings tears to my eyes a week later just thinking about it. Some gave all.Rooms: 5/5
The 2 ladies that were there at reception area, when I booked in, were soo helpful, one of the ladies helped me to take my luggage upstairs aswell, also helped me with the food delivery, I was soo happy with their help, and a beautiful stay in our room. The rooms are spacious. The well equipped kitchenette, with modern appliances including stove top and full sized fridge and a dishwasher, are welcome. So too is the large bathroom well equipped with clothes washer and dryer, both near new. There is no designated smoking area so the front of the building is littered with cigarette butts. Surprised that a 4 star hotel would lack cable TV channels however the tv is large and new. Great staff!
Great hotel with clean rooms, stove tops and pans perfect if you don’t want to eat out every night. Service is great. Parking kinda sucks, but street parking is free between 6pm-7am.
Spent a week here staying at Quest Kings Park, the facility is well kept and the staff are super friendly! Shout out to Tong, one of the dedicated team members who stayed overtime to help me with checking in as well as booking a taxi for checking out, this legend deserves a raise, thanks again mate and the rest of the team!
Stayed here for a couple of months as it was provided by my employer and I was very happy with what was given. The rooms are very well equipped, maintained to a high standard and all staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room was smaller than what the photos indicated but it had everything we needed and was very clean. The water pipes make noise at night but don't keep you awake when you realise what it is. Staff were all friendly.Rooms: 4/5
