I had the pleasure of completing community service at PCYC Rockdale and it was a great experience. My two supervisors Don and Luke were the kindest people, they were kind enough to allow me to complete my community service at PCYC while mentoring me throughout the completion of my community service. They taught me lots of great things about PCYC while assisting me throughout my visit. The environment at PCYC Rockdale is very welcoming and inclusive environment, I was treated so nicely by all staff there throughout the entirety of my community service. I would definitely recommend PCYC Rockdale to anyone who wants to complete community service or just wants to visit in general. My supervisors Don and Luke were absolute legends. Thank you for giving me the pleasure of completing community service at PCYC Rockdale.
My son has been doing boxing, the classes are not structured at all. There is not enough equipment for the kids that attend. Only 40 minute class, for example today after 10 minutes, no class started. When queried with one of the trainers, immediate questions was 'what country are you from' in an arrogant tone. Where my family originates from has got nothing to do with their ability to teach my son. Further to that they provide no guidance on how to properly do any exercise, I would rather my son be able to do one proper sit-up than 50 incorrect sit-ups with the risk of injury. I would not recommend for kids.
Gym upstairs, with martial arts and basketball courts downstairs. The basketball court can be booked and you can also use it for indoor soccer as well. Great place, and never had any problems. Fair pricing for all services.
good to come here when your in the middle of your skate sesh it starts to rain staff are amazing been here for a while.
It's been pleasant sent my 11 y.o. son to do professional training. We chose boxing & basketball. Price is affordable.
I called up to enquire about work placement the lady had the hide to say I and not doing enough hours and they can't train me up so I can work for them free and when I said something about that I got screamed at over the phone I cannot believe it I am gonna make the right steps to make a complaint about this place because I feel abused I recommend that nobody go here because it seems like they've got a short temper and no regard for anybody else's respect.
My daughter had a great time. Only complaint is that they need to pick up all the litter outside the front.
