We are a not-for-profit, offering a wider range of activities including rock climbing, gymnastics, trampolining, weights gym and seniors programmes

Story

Our equipment includes; 2 Olympic lifting platforms and barbells, general free weights, treadmills, 2x C2 rowers(ergo), competition kettlebells to 40kg, weighted vests and belts, plyo boxes, medicine balls, tyres and sledgehammers, 4 and 6.5 metre rope climb, gymnastics rings, sled(prowler), rumble rollers, punching bags, speedball, floor-ceiling ball and much more!!!

Dreadful. Knew I should have cancelled my membership when two people behind the counter ignored myself and others. Yet that is tip of the iceberg stuff. Have cancelled now. Rude, unhelpful and just a bizarre set up. No lockers, no staff to help with gym equipment unless some random bloke rings you organize a time? I have a longer rant on my comedy channel.

Great facilities overall. Helpful staff. Parking is a problem if there is an event happening.
