I mistakenly ordered and took delivery of a brand-new modem-router from PCLIVE which was not compatible with my NBN internet account. My error, but PCLIVE offered to take it back and refund 95% of what I paid, although they could no longer sell it as brand-new. This was a most generous offer and I commend them for this.  They are obviously a business with customer care at the forefront and of high integrity.

Thanks to PayPal I found out my order had been refunded.  I ordered a monitor, perhaps a suggested alternative to my order would have been a nice service.

Bought a New hard drive did not work at all customer service useless had to wait 10 still did not receive a replacement. On asking for refund ended up getting 8$ less I would not recommend their service.

Did not notify me that item was returned, left it as is.  Asked to pay for re-delivery. Very bad
