Amanda and Marlene are qualified dog groomers with over 40 years of combined experience in all breeds of dogs.

Took my 5 months old pup in for his first groom today and was a little worried at first. But Paws of Distinction did an awesome job, they were very nice and professional. When I picked up my pup, he was happily waiting for me, he looks great and smells wonderful :
Met the assistant while out with my dog, and as a spur of the moment asked about trimming his nails. She was lovely and confident and said they could easily do it in ten minutes. Took Kili in later, he's never had his claws trimmed as they're thick and black, but the ladies were calm and praised him, and it took maybe two minutes for all four paws to be done. Kili was kept at ease and treated very well, so I'm sure we'll be back to give him a proper bath sometime as well as all future nail trims.
RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! After taking our dog to this business every six weeks for the last 5 years, we've had enough of the rudeness and arrogance of the staff. The old lady "shooed" us away in an aggressive manner, when we made the mistake of popping in to see if our dog was ready having already spent THREE HOURS there. I now understand why I have to practically drag my dog in, they are never friendly and welcoming. I hate the thought that she is probably sitting there frightened. Sure they might do a good job, but they do not value their customers. There are plenty of other fabulous dog groomers out there - Paws of Distinction wont be getting another cent from us.
Amanda is fantastic. Her business has thrived. She can always make time for my little pug Dexter. Price is reasonable. He always comes home smelling beautiful. Recommend this business for everyone who loves their pooch
I have to say, every time I go there I'm mentally prepared to be judged, and abused by the owner who refuse to talk to me but chin pointed the Chinese staff to talk to me as assuming I'm Chinese and I don't speak English properly. Or she would talk to me about in a not only patronizing but extremely rude way. It's upsetting and not worth the fuss any more. I'm sure your business is doing so well, and treat dogs wonderfully. But that's not how you treat a human being!
I have taken my dog there a few times, and I'm always happy with the result. The staff are friendly, and they seem very efficient. The place always looks clean except for the dog hair they're in the middle of trimming, obviously. My dog comes out looking and smelling amazing which is no easy feat, as she's double-coated and I hate to think how much hair they have to brush out and trim. My dog is also very shy normally, but she seems happy enough when I pick her up, so I don't worry about her when she's there.
For almost 5 years the team at Paws of Distinction have been caring for our dogs and grooming them beautifully. We tried others when we moved out of the area but our dogs were never happy. We would travel all day for the professional safe service they offer. Thank you for loving our dogs as much as we do.
Just wonderful. My two maltese x had a groom today and they now look absolutely gorgeous. They smell great too! More importantly, despite them both being a bit wary when I dropped them off, by the time I picked them up they were happily waiting with the other lucky pups, wagging their tails and quite content. We'll be back, thanks so much.
