The new layout and shelving looks great, it’s made the store look a lot more fresh. I was in there for Black Friday to get some shoes and got a good deal 2 pairs for $60. Always have a reasonably priced selection of goods. If you are a student, single parent or on a budget it’s a good place to visit. Especially when they have the car park sales, you can grab some awesome deals!
Wow, I absolutely love this shop and while I haven't personally been there, my wife Ingrid Mae shops there all the time for performance outfits and general wear stuff. I just got an amazing denim jacket yesterday for $40 and a custom dinner jacket for $70, easily over half price of retail.. I also hear the staff are amazing, do yourself a favour and check this joint out! Rock Guy..
Good shop for get everything what you need in one place. Very Recommend.
Prices have gone up compared to what it used to be. Quality is questionable as your clothes don't last. Maybe as it's very old stock and after a use they rip or fall apart- choose carefully. Clothes may have been water damaged as they can smell old & musty. The set up is horrific- good luck finding your size as it's one large- old-fabric dump without much guidance in finding your size. Also, be prepared to not be able to try on more than 4 items in the change room - it's a real nuisance - you spend hours of searching for your size, you then need even more time to change & un-change to try on those extra couple of pieces! They never pick up the phone when you call the main number. So don't even try. If you're lucky - then you can get good value, but you never know till you take it home & wear it. Worth a look however if you have plenty of time to spare and then you can be the judge !
Really love shopping here… staff were friendly and helpful to find what you wanted. You can buy luxury products in a very good price… Highly recommended…
The selection of clothes can be a little overwhelming, but the staff were all really helpful. The stock changes constantly, so it's hit and miss, but you will find something if your committed. The only confusing thing is understanding the prices of items, but staff were happy to price check for me.

Visited the store, I took me 2 hours to go through the bunch of clothes they put on bundle special...After the hard work and time spent checking for clothes, I went to the registers to pay, then boom , all the prices changed and no longer on special... Everytime I visit the store the price on the floor goes up when I'm supposed to pay..Their price system is horrible, misleading and frustrating... I don't think I'll ever visit the store again. The pricing has gone up 10x more than before,but the clothes are old and they have been in the store long enough to be priced that high...I'm not happy with the service...Will never recommend to anyone, so annoyed ... The store doesn't even deserve the one star rating I gave, I just didn't have a choice for zero star rating.
Paul's Warehouse is a disgusting warehouse full of old second hand or maybe third hand items, with many fake brands. The store was hell for someone with an extreme dust allergy, with dust you could see everywhere! Do they even clean the place?
My dad was accused of stealing in the shop. He spoke with the manager, a caucasian lady in her mid 50. She told him that apparently there’s a couple that steals in their shop and re sells the stuff. He was humiliated in front of other customers there. They told him that they have footage but wouldn’t how him. Wr have shopped there before but we’ll never enter the store ever again.
