I wish I had listened to the reviews and not attended the appointment. The reviews are correct - Pauline is not educated or qualified to be a counsellor, she judges you and has no compassion or empathy. EAP services should remove her from their books ASAP!!
Do not ever see this manipulative woman. She is an unethical so call psychologist. Worst experience of my life. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.
I agree with the review by Rebecca C. My friend went to see Pauline and she didn't empathise with my friend's feelings. She was judged by Pauline and had to defend her actions, not only about the problem she was experiencing but also for her life choices. She left feeling unsupported.
