After spending some time selecting clothes which had been heavily discounted, I was told at the check out they would not be discounted until Feb 2019 as per the ticket. This was in Sept 2018. I wanted to buy the clothes today not in 5 months time. Even the staff said it was confusing. Check the labels people or you might be disappointed at the checkout.
Still expensive sometimes, and other times a real bargain. The staff will confirm prices at the checkout before you commit though as the variable date range prices is 50/50 for accuracy at best. But if you want superior quality, you will need to shop elsewhere. It's ok though
I love this store because it has many of the brands that I miss from back home, for an incredible price eg Lucky Brand, Free People, etc.. Although the organization isn't the tidiest and it is true you have to spend a while to search through things, if you have the patience for it then you will be rewarded in my opinion of course. They have loads of stock, the staff are lovely and the warehouse is massive, so prepare to spend a good amount of time looking for deals. Still my favorite place to shop in Penrith!
Spent ages going through clothes that weren't sized properly but found some good buys. Very annoyed with staff insisting on seeing my handbag a small bag too. Never had to show my handbag to staff in any shop ever. Hence the bad review. Not going back.
Got a great deal on shoes for three kids. Few sizes were missing in some styles but that is to be expected. The service from the staff was outstanding and they couldn't have been more helpful. Will ve back again thanks.
Overpriced. Multiple prices on each item. With dates that relate to when they are at that price. Disgusting, deceptive and despicable. Unorganised and chaotic. Looks like toddlers set up the racks and threw whatever anywhere. Won’t ever go back or recommend. Much bettter when Paul’s Warehouse focused on sports shoes and sports wear.
You're obviously not going here for service, but in recent visits I've been left disappointed by the paltry range on offer. Their trademark BOGOF special felt like a chore as I struggled to find a second pair of shoes that I actually liked.
One of the better Pauls Warehouse stores I have been to. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stock availability was good. Picked out some really nice clothes at a great price at this store, but like all Pauls Warehouse you need to filter and rummage through. The front of the store does not have wheelchair or pram access, stairs only. However if you enter through TK Maxx which is next door you may take a lift down. Street parking only, mostly for 30mins max.
Theres a rumor theres financial difficulties through the chain of stores finding penrith nsw while staff friendly an helpful theres limited stock or non-existent unlike the numerous previous times shopping at penrith a shame really its has been a good outlet recalling previous times shopping there wherever the store has been:
Selection of clothes and shoes has become so poor. Prices are not that great either. Lowes would actually be better value for money.
