I am only giving one star because I cannot give a negative score. Severely Lacking service. This shop had my jewellery engagement ring and aqua marine and diamond ring and earrings for a fix, and remodel. After 8 weeks ...... I called them to find out how much longer the rings would be only to be told nothing had been done. Apparently the staff member had not taken enough notes on what was to happen?! Funny, they had my phone number the whole time but nobody bothered to call me in two months!!!! . The engagement ring was purchased there and the four bars had curved forward, surely an easy fix? My other ring needed stretching and possibly 2 more stones added ..... if possible but it was all apparently too hard for this company. Never again will I purchase from here nor will I never recommend this shop. Sad that service means very little any more to some people.
Very good service, took great care with all of the services we've received from this business. Recommended highly.
I find this business totally reliable, friendly and helpful. I have been going there for years and have never been let down.
Think again if you use these jewellers. Remodel of ring and earings dropped in December 2015. Finally completed in August 2017. Excessive bill and needless to say I wont be using them again.
