I want to say a big thank you to Ajmal and joy.nThis is my second car purchased from Toyota Patterson cheney, and once again I had a great experience. Ajmal and Joy helped me a lot, especially with the finance process, which was easy, quick, and stress-free.nThey were very supportive, patient, and professional throughout the process. I really appreciate their help and effort.

I purchased a car from Toyota and the vehicle itself was fine. Initially, everything went normally, although the salesperson was not very patient. I was willing to overlook that as long as the car was in good condition.nnHowever, the experience significantly deteriorated once I proceeded to payment. In the finance office, this asian men staff I dealt with was unwelcoming — no greeting or smile when I entered. When my bank transaction was temporarily rejected, he appeared visibly angry, rolled his eyes, and became impatient, which made me really uncomfortable.nnHe then left the office without explanation for more than 20 minutes. Additionally, I was asked to pay by bank cheque, which resulted in an extra $30 fee on my side.nnWhile the car itself is fine, the customer service during the payment process was disappointing. My advice to future buyers is to be prepared for a rude attitude and extra costs during the transaction.
