Purchased this Vehicle from another Toyota Dealer but after dealing with Patterson Cheney for over 25 years and in the trade decided to get the service done here. Very unhappy with the service here...dropped off my FJ 2016 cruiser for 3 days for a major service .  On pick wheel shudder at 100 km after a wheel rotation and balance which clearly was not done.   Also broken front parker light and fog light were not replaced or reported.  Cabin filter was never checked and was full of debree.  Missing bolts from front stonegaurd were not replaced or reported . After 3 pH calls and 4 days finally got a return call . Was assured they would sort out any issues while I wait.   I watch the car sit in work shop for  over an hour before it was even touched...2 .5 hours later finally got the vehicle back with new globes which I supplied with a set of wiper blades for my troubles  which I'm still waiting for a call for  supply and installation..and also will add to the day off work I had to take.  This is not the customer service I expect and very disappointed with wiper blades as compensation which I'm still waiting for. Highly recommend no body goes here...Ps I'm a mechanic by trade and due to the warranty was forced to take it to a Toyota Dealership which I will never do again..... Very disappointed seemingly I had to argue just to get the free wiper blades for my troubles which I have not received a pH call or text and took four days and myself calling them three times....don't go there. ...understaffed and my  Vehicle did not receive a thorough major service ...over 1000 dollars...Not Happy!!!! Do not go here!!!!

Second time dealing with Patterson Cheney after the first car was written-off.nTwo words to describe the team: reliable and friendly.
