I have been taking my Maltese cross to PatPal for over 5 years now and have always brought him home looking very cute and very happy. Love the way Pim does his hair never fails. She has been very caring and patient with him from day one this makes the difference in the dogs behaviour. Thank you Pim and PatPal for your talent.
Best groomer and homestay service. Highly recommended, my girls always come home very happy and they look and smell amazing. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Have also used their homestay service which I received regular updates including photos and videos.

The staff is very friendly and listen to your requests, they almost always have availability on weekends. The price is not the cheapest but definitely fair. What I like the most is that I can see my dog while they are grooming her, as opposed to other places where they take dogs to a closed room at the back and you don't know what they are doing, here it's in front of everyone so definitely nothing to hide.
Just went to PatPal dog grooming and am so grateful to their incredible staff, who clipped the nails of my STRONG puggle who does NOT like getting his nails clipped. They worked with such kindness, holding him and giving him treats and really doing an amazing job, all while he was trying desperately to wiggle away. They only charged $12, which, given the amount of resistance from our dog, is a miracle! Thank you so much!
Always do a great job and my dog is happy when I pick him up, I have had a bad experience in the past elsewhere, where my dog was shaking and scared when I collected him, so it’s very important to me that he is treated well. He’s a bit of an anxious spoodl, so not the easiest to groom and has now been coming Here for about 2 years. Never a bad haircut and he’s always happy. I also love the dogs are not put in cages like some other places.
We just picked up our Labradoodle from PatPal and couldn't be happier with her new haircut. Many thanks to the lovely team of ladies for a fabulous job. Our dog seems very happy and relaxed too so a great experience for us all! Could not recommend more highly.
