some of the staff are fairly rude over the phone. It's a hit or miss though mostly a miss. they often seem to be unintersted in taking to you over the phone and would rather do anything else.
I hate going into this chemist, that African security guard is always staring at me. This chemist is so dark inside , also they don't have a good range of things. It's a depressing & sad situation.
A huge thanks to the pharmacist, Issra. A true legend.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. The security guard who was at the door yesterday at 4.30pm followed me while I was shopping which made me feel so uncomfortable. A customer should not have to feel this way when purchasing products. The management should review this and have a word with him.
Was just yelled at by the security guard for not being able to hear him with his mask and face screen... i was coming to pick up my script for my ear infection....
Really friendly security guy- helpful and made my day! Pharmacist also quick to help with sound advice. No line to pay. Full range of products!
Staff are friendly place is nice but the security guard he had African background i think was keep following me and keeping his eyes on me for no reason.the funny part is he does it all the time I feel extremely uncomfortable I won't go there again.
