No other Indian store in the west comes remotely close to the variety provided at Patel Brothers Werribee. Been a customer for over 10 years and have never had to leave the store without getting what I wanted. Hiren and Anand are great at customer service and are always up for a chat!
Absolutely poor grade stuff. First and last time buying from them. Will definitely advise my friends and family to not buy from here. Pathetic experience Couldnt add a response to your comment Mr Owner, but the business that you are running for over 15 years might be good for some and bad for some. I am from the category where your product quality was bad, and in response to bad quality, you did NOTHING, and this makes your product and service quality bad !! and yes i will strongly let me circle know about your poor service, and for sure will keep my known ones away from your business
Awful customer service!!! No prices on goods!!! Will Never go back!!! I waited in line patiently!!! When it was my turn you took my sweets order and kept serving other people!!! Most pathetic customer service!!!! So don't lie and talk to me about waiting!!!!
A very good Indian grocery shop. You can find almost any Indian grocery item including but not limited to different types of rice, daal, oil, snacks, sweets, spices, frozen items etcetera. The staffs are very friendly and well behaved. They are always happy to help. You need to remember that it is located in the busy Werribee shopping place. So, sometimes finding parking in front of the store can be difficult. However, it is not impossible to get a parking spot around this place. The good thing is that there are lots of other businesses nearby. Like the Post shop, Coles, Woolies, different restaurants and banks. So, you can do a lot of things in one go when you are coming to this place. Overall, Patel Brothers is a very good place for buying Indian groceries.
What you cannot get in a grocery store you might find it here. Anand bhai is amazing
Do not go here at all staff and management are extremely rude
Pathetic service, I called them up for asking the price of cooking oil, and the phone person rudely said that we can’t give you price on phone, you need to come here and check by yourself. So so rude behaviour. Not recommend to anyone.
Extremely over priced items even for cooking oils. The same brand of oil in other Indian grocers sells for 16 AUD whereas it costed me 21 AUD. One of those businesses exploiting from covid and taking advantage of only Indian grocery shop in that area.
Experienced extremely rude response , I called them to buy some items over the phone & asked prices however I was asked visit them store that’s during lockdown and even after stating I am slightly outside of 5km boundaries. Refused to co-operating no matter whatever the conditions, this is my humble opinion.
I was a regular customer. We were here 3 times a weel but this man is so rude and uneducated. He keeps expired stuff and then he was telling the product has just past the expiry date but it is still edible. What a shame And moreover when I came back to exchange as it is expired he said I use this everyday in my house even aftervthe date is passed so it is edible. All he know is how to do sugar talking and lure customers to buy the product that they don't want which are also expired. Guys we really need to avoid going to his shop then only he will understand the importance of customers. O wish there was an option of zero star
