We walked in last night for a meal, and we ended up having a feast!nnEverything on the menu was tantalizing, so we decided to go with the Chef’s feed me menu. Each course carefully prepared and portioned to perfection, our waiter Belle was delightful with every interaction and by the end of the night we felt like old friends! The only thing I can liken our experience to is a cute upmarket French bistro with local flavors. We will definitely be back with our friends!nDon’t miss the Smokey hummus, the bar sausage flan or the crab pasta…everything was delicious but they were our favorites!nThank you for a wonderful evening and lovely meal!
Patch Kitchen in the Adelaide Hills is a true gem. The location is stunning, the customer service is warm and welcoming, and the food is some of the best I’ve had in Adelaide in a long time. Their squid, which I tend to be quite picky about, was perfectly cooked—easily one of the best I’ve ever had. With each dish, I kept thinking, this is my new favourite. It’s a place that deserves more recognition, offering a standout dining experience in the Hills.
Found Patch Kitchen and Garden on a Friday lunchtime as we were driving in the hills. What a find! The staff are so friendly, inviting and knowledgeable - and the food tremendous. Every dish was a different journey of flavour - from the roasted tomatoes that were both soft but also popped on your tongue, to the depth of the pasta with beef ragu which made you grateful for the house- made bread to mop up every last bit of sauce and olive oil. The deserts were equally imaginative and delicious.nnIf you’re looking for a coffee and desert, a lunchtime pasta or - like us - a very lazy Friday lunch, this place can’t miss. We’ll be back for sure!
This place is one of the hidden treasures of the Adelaide Hills. A gastronomic delight with friendly staff and very engaging management Belle who make you feel comfortable and valued. We have eaten there several times and the food is always consistent and presented in a very professional way.
This place is amazing - we had the feed me, which was very generous and delicious!nnThe only thing I would want a bit less of would be the bread - only because we really struggled eating dessert!nnWould definitely go again and have already been recommending to my friends.
