Visited this park’run. A relatively new course and a small group 69 on my day. Easy flat course suitable for runners or walkers - first part and finish is on grass but the rest is sealed. Friendly helpful volunteers. Give it a go!
Great flat open parkrun with little foot/bike traffic running along the waters edge most of the 5km. Friendly volunteers and ample free parking. Will be hot on a hot morning with little shade, but a great parkrun.
Flat ground, not overly busy. Can be smelly & the path isn't that wide for all the users it has. Lovely scenery, often you will spot the dolphins.
Nice scenery and nice track
I was a volunteer today at Patawalunga River Parkrun. The volunteers are all very friendly. The 5k course is flat and very picturesque, around the river. Then a free coffee for volunteers only at the Oceanique Cafe. Perfect start to the weekend.
