This shop is an Aladdin’s Cave of food. The enticing aroma of fresh pizza baking is irresistible. There are a variety of take away foods i.e. devilled chicken wings $2 each, variety of meatballs, from $1.30 each, small and large serves of freshly cooked Ravioli bolognese, small take away ravioli $5, large $7. One side of the wall is dedicated to take away pre-prepared meals, veal and chicken tortellini, gnocchi, spaghetti, lasagne, spinach & ricotta cannelloni, all prepared in different sauces i.e. bolognese, napoli, carbonara at $6.30 each 450g or 5 meals for $28.50. Cook at home pizza $7.90 for size 20cm X28cm, we chose a vegetarian, it was delicious as was the pizza cooked on site. This shop has a cheese section, a bulk foods section for ravioli, gnocchi etc., imported sauces, cakes, nuts, olives and Frozen foods from calamari to samosas, pies, gelato and a multitude of other frozen foods including Australian. The deli is well stocked. The bakery is located next to the deli and the aroma of fresh bread permeates that section, so tempting. Some take away food also available from the bakery. Four tables are set up near the deli for anyone wanting to take a load off to “eat in” the delicious pizzas or any foods from the deli, bakery or just to have a coffee with cake. The level of service fluctuates between very good and very ordinary depending on which staff is rostered on. Parking is very difficult if one visits on a busy day, may need to park further down the street. The store also provides Catering services. *would normally give a lower rating for the occasional lack of good customer service but, not on this occasion as most of the staff have been very pleasant. Note – the prices above reflect the day of visit, 29 October 2022.
Pasta Al Dente is a absolute hidden gem! If you are in the area, you gotta come and check this one out! Amazing good food at extremely reasonable prices! I am really glad I found this place! I highly recommend Pasta Al Dente FYI there is a lot more than just pasta! This place has everything
A treasure trove of fine foods. Go there for your lunch with focaccia, pizza or pasta. But you can also a wide range deli foods. Frozen pastas and pizzas. Fresh pizza dough. Fresh rolls. Meat and cheese deli available grab a quick bite to eat or stock up for your weekly food at home by yourself or for the family. All at great prices as well.
Come here for the ready meals. So convenient to take to work, and great price compared to supermarkets and much nicer. Pizzas are also great. As mentioned previously, customer service could be better
Has nearly everything you can think of, frozen bulk, hot food, deli, bakery and at decent pricing too! Loses a mark as it's extremely popular and therefore busy and crowded which makes it hard to look around/browse so make a list before hand a buy up!
Ordered 2 trays one veg & one meat of lasagna for lunch today for large family gathering. We were surprised that 70% wasn't eaten, until we tasted it and found it wasn't editable. So so salty and mushy, no resemblance to any form of lasagna. We threw it away. You have lost business from our whole family and friends. No quality control.
Cafe inside aswell as area to shop. Fresh bread, sandwiches, sweets, wood oven pizza and hot food! Friendly staff and quick service. Will be back with group of co-workers very soon!
All i can say is WOW and not in a good way, i cant believe how RUDE the women are in this shop, its disgraceful, they need to take some customer service skills from the young workers behind the hot food section. I have never experienced this sort of customer service anywhere.....if you are in a bad mood, STAY AWAY FROM BEHIND THE COUNTERS OR the shop all together.
