Parramatta Park is such a beautiful escape right in the middle of the city. It’s my go-to spot whenever I want to enjoy nature, either cycling or jogging without having to travel far. The park has this peaceful vibe with plenty of open green spaces, making it perfect for so many activities.nnIt’s a fantastic spot for birthday parties and family gatherings. There’s just something about celebrating surrounded by nature. It feels relaxed and fun at the same time. There are picnic tables and lots of shaded areas, and the scenery makes for some great photos too!nnFor the active crowd, this park is awesome. You can play almost any sport here. Soccer, cricket or even just throwing a frisbee around. If you’re into cycling, the paths are amazing and take you through some really scenic routes.nnHonestly, it’s just a lovely place to unwind, whether you’re walking under the trees, cycling, or simply sitting back and taking in the fresh air. I love that you can feel so close to nature while still being right in the heart of the city. It’s a space that’s good for the soul.
Such a wonderful vast open oasis of greenery, beautiful wilderness, nature and animalsnin harmony. Besides from hosting events such as new years fireworks it has so many sections through out the park for all ages to enjoy. With gardens, playgrounds and running/cycling tracks.nI recently visiting for new years fireworks at 9pm and it was spectacular! Definitely recommend to all ages at all times of the year. A must go if you’re an outdoorsy person for a walk or some adventure !
The best! I always come here for morning exercise, jog, walk o do some picnic. Love it! What a beautiful place.
Excellent large layout of the park with a hilly terrain. Beautiful green landscape. Playing and picnic areas aplenty. Visited for the new years eve fireworks. A wonderful evening with a mesmerising firework display. The park is about 10 minutes walk from Parramatta station.
Wisteria Garden in Parramatta park is a hidden gem! The beautiful wisteria blooms create a serene and magical atmosphere, especially during the spring season. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing stroll or a peaceful escape from the city. The park is well-maintained, and the vibrant flowers are a sight to behold. Whether you're visiting for a picnic, photography, or simply enjoying nature, this garden will not disappoint. Highly recommend spending some time here, especially when the wisteria is in full bloom.
