BED BUGS. This is quite possibly the most disgusting hotel, the rooms and the service. Waking in the middle of the night covered in bed bugs, making a complaint, and they have the audacity to state the guest brought the bed bugs into the hotel professing they have never had a problem with them! Despite numerous reviews and complaints regarding the infestation. Absolutely no customer service skills, we attempted to resolve this complaint however their response is to blame the guest rather than apologise or offer a refund for the few hours spent in the room. Clean up your act Parramatta City Motel you are filthy inside and out. Avoid at all costs.
Unpleasant checked in experience with the lady at the counter.nRooms smells bad, air-conditioning sounded like a fishing boat throughout the night.my sleep was disturbed.this will be my first and last stay here.They need to refurbish their facilities and upgrade their customer services skills.
Nice motel friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms. Didn't like the ridiculous key deposit, which I'm still trying to get back
This motel are disgusting and very smelly…. Room price for double bed is $169 + $250 deposit for one night… We came to motel and get into the room around 9pm and we noticed A/C is not working then I make call to reception ask about it they told us that we have to turn it on manually, so I open up the lid to turn on A/C and I found filter was blocked with full of dust and After sort out A/C, I found bed bugs on the pillow and beds, we made a complaint to reception about it and looks like no one taking care about it, we ask for replacement room and they said motel is full and they told us we will send someone out there to spray the room and replace the bedsheets… -after 30min my body starts to get red spots and itchy and still no one come to check the room. We start to packs up all our stuff to get out from this room, on that time we found 2 large size of cockroaches coming out from under the bed…. The time we come out from this motel after all this dramas 10.50pm and they still charge us $169…nWE END UP SLEEP IN THE CAR FOR THE NIGHT…nNEVER EVER COME TO THIS PLACE nITS NOT EVEN WORTH FOR 1 STAR REVIEWS
VERY DISGUSTING, THIS MOTEL HAS FLEA EVERYWHERE, ON THE PILLOW, ON THE BLANKET AND IN THE BATHROOM. AND HAS VERY BIG ROACHES, WE ARRIVED AT THE MOTEL AT 9.00 PM AND WE DECIDED TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL, WE LEFT AT 10:45 PM. MY WHOLE BODY IS ITCHING. I HAVE ALL THE PICTURES OF FLEA AND COCKROACHES
