Bought a 3 Series from BMW Parramatta two weeks ago—smooth experience from start to finish. Ali, the sales consultant, was incredibly helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. The dealership itself is sleek and stylish, with a vibe that matches the cars they sell. Service was top-notch, no pushiness, just professional and efficient. If you’re after a BMW, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.
Another one in the list. I spent more than 5,000$ just few weeks ago. Car was with the service center for more than a week. When the car was returned to me they couldn’t even give it a wash properly. That’s not a big deal. Engine light is on which is on before I left the car with them. I scanned the key with other service center. Car computer is giving all sort of messages randomly. When I called to complain about engine light, and asked to get it checked soon. Unfortunately they don’t have loan car for more than a month. I honestly believe that they don’t do any job on the car and charged me for everything including batter fault testing. The justification I received was - connections were loose. Then why you didn’t check connections before charging me $650 for fault testing. What about the engine light? Car tyre pressures were all wrong and the next day I had to drive to pump to set the pressures right. Absolutely rubbish!!!!!
