I recently purchased a new BMW i4 from Parramatta BMW and couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional service provided by Jerry and Jatin. Their warm welcome, clear communication, and straightforward approach to negotiations made the entire process seamless.nnA big thank you to both for taking such great care of us – the experience was worlds apart from the disappointing service we had at Canterbury. My husband and I will definitely be returning to Parramatta BMW for our next purchase!
We took delivery of brand iX2 last week from Parramatta BMW and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Everyone we have dealt with from point of first enquiry to ordering and taking delivery has been utterly professional and more importantly personable and friendly. Jatin was our main point of contact who organised everything for us and was/is amazing to deal with through the entire process. No question was ever too hard or too much, he went through everything and made sure my wife and I were completely happy and comfortable with the car before he let us drive away. I have to also mention Fleur who was amazing in helping out with the post delivery things we had organised and have had done to the car.nnIn short I have been a Mercedes driver who has come over to the “dark side” for the first time and can highly recommend BMW Parramatta and the staff there to anyone else looking for that little bit of encouragement to come over to the other big German brand.
Disappointing Service & Poor Customer Care BMW Needs to Do BetternnI’ve been a loyal BMW owner, understanding that luxury comes with certain costs, but what shouldn’t come with it is a lack of service, accountability, and customer care.nnMy first frustrating experience was last year when I lost my car key. I went to the dealership expecting a smooth process, but instead, I was met with high fees and poor communication. While I was willing to pay the price for a replacement key, the real issue was how BMW handled it. They insisted on full payment upfront before placing the order which I accepted but promised to send an email and receipt later that day. That day never came. After multiple calls and emails, I finally got confirmation that my key had been ordered, only to realize that the payment date and order date were over a week apart. It took four weeks to receive my key. At the time, I let it go, not wanting to leave a negative review over what could have been an oversight.nnFast forward to today, and I regret staying silent. I booked my car for an ERG recall, which I waited months for, only to find out they hadn’t booked me a loan car. Instead, they offered an Uber voucher which I refused on principle, as I don’t support their industry policies. BMW’s failure to provide proper alternatives meant that I had to pay for my own transportation to work, which is completely unacceptable for a recall service that’s fixing a manufacturing fault.nnAnd the worst part? Today’s visit wasn’t even for the actual repair it was just a check-up! So now, I will have to go through this whole inconvenient and costly process again when they finally book me in for the real work.nnSo let’s get this straight we buy the car, BMW issues a recall due to their own fault, we wait months for an appointment, we cover our own transport costs, and they still expect us to be happy customers? This level of service is disgraceful, and I won’t be making the same mistake again. BMW, do better.

Thank you so much Chris for taking our case in the middle of the process and handling every aspect so professionally and smoothly. We were hugely impressed by Chris's professionalism, great manner and attention to details. He truly cares about customers needs, greatly patient in explaining the details and is super kind :. The customer service we have received from Chris is unbeatable. I highly recommend Chris to anyone who is considering a BMW purchase that also expecting first class customer service! I would buy from Chris again in the future when needed!
I recently visited BMW Parramatta and had a fantastic experience with John, one of their sales consultants. Although I didn’t make a purchase, John’s professionalism, knowledge, and patience stood out. He took the time to answer all my questions, provided valuable insights on various models, and never made me feel pressured. For anyone considering a BMW, I highly recommend asking for John. His friendly, customer-focused approach made my visit truly enjoyable!
