I'm about to use Parkvue Storage for the third time.  I've always found the staff extremely helpful and friendly.  24hr access, good security - swipe cards and individually alarmed units.  When comparing them to other storage facility's they seem to be the best value in Melbourne.
Highly recommended by me.

No one around when I arrived, slow service. Seemed like I was imposing by being there. No front desk. Doubles as a caravan warehouse.
