Parkside Towbars has been an iconic part of the west Australian automotive industry for over 40 years. Founded as a small business in 1972, Parkside has grown ever since and is now considered to be the market leader in both towing and front protection equipment. We currently have showroom and fitment locations in both Welshpool and Osborne Park.Our goal is to “Deliver a quality products and above standard customer service at a value for money price“.Parkside only sells and fits quality products. Our range now extends to towbars, bullbars, nudgebars, roof racks, spotlights, recovery equipment, weight distribution, towing accessories and much more. So, whether it is for your family car, the off road adventurer, tradesman or large mining and fleet build ups, Parkside has the solution to your needs.
All Parkside stores are staffed by fully qualified, knowledgeable personnel. I just recently had a tow bar fitted by Parkside Towbars and found the experience from start to finish to be very good, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I recently had a tow bar fitted by Parkside and found the experience to be 5 star from the start. The quote given was the best. Ph and Front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. When i went back to pick my car up I was told that while it was up on the hoist they noticed there was a split in one of my tyres so they changed it for me at no charge. Thank you to everyone from start to finish, job well done and a loyal customer is the result.

spoke to mark about getting a tow bar fitted and he was quiet rude and wouldnt give me a price on fitting a tow bar that i would supply becuase its not there own tow bar. 🖕🏻 you mark

THESE GUYS ARE SHODDY GO AT YOUR PEARL. I had my trailer plug changed, an Anderson plug, battery isolator and a brake controller fitted. Just short of $1000 in total. The front desk customer service was very good but that was where things stopped. The installation took five hours after being told by the reception it would probably take about three hours. Two days after the Installation I had to return to Parkside as the wiring was connected wrong and would not work with my caravan, the battery isolator was also not working and there were wires which had dropped out from under the dash. When I returned I was also faced with a supercilious manager who had no customer service and first blamed the Caravan manufacturer then the original installer of the towbar. I have heard through several reports that this business changed hands not long ago, previously this company were at the top of their field and for the past 25 years I have gone to them to have work done. IT STOPS NOW - THEY ARE SHODDY WORKMEN WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - I AM SURE IT WILL NOT BE LONG UNTIL THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS.
