Ordered a car park online and confirmation email states to scan the bar code in the email on entry to car park. The booth on entry is not clearly marked as to where to do this, couldn't see where to scan and with cars queuing behind us and getting impatient, decided to grab a ticket instead. When leaving, I called for assistance from the payment box and had the absolute pleasure to speak with a condescending and rude employee proceeding to talk down to me like an idiot. I ended up "in frustration" paying for the ticket and therefore paying twice. I can't help but think that these companies design their systems like this deliberately, to put people in a situation to just pay instead. With nothing clearly marked on entry and not knowing that there is someone manning the exit all the way down the other end, it smells deliberately designed to me. These companies, all of these parking companies have massive egos and monopolizing mentalities and hope that one day they fail miserably.

parked for literally only 5 minutes to hand in an assignment at tafe, the fee was $16. That’s way too over priced, the first 15 minutes should be free, you should not have to pay $3.20 per minute.

Way too expensive. No prices to see from outside. You have to enter and you can’t make a u-turn if it’s too expensive for you. That’s a ripoff.

Disgusting rude service from service lady and over priced. Anyone wanting to park should park roughly 800m up the road close to the river which always has available parking for much cheaper.
