Strangest car park I have ever seen. Dark and dank. Lift has no lighting in it and is pitch black when you are moving. Wrong labels on the floor buttons so you have no idea where you will end up. Had the feeling of being in a mine shaft as it jerked up and down. Wasn’t sure if the doors would open and I would be able to make my escape. On the plus side, there is no wait for getting in or out and you have your selection of parks as it seems most people avoid this car park.

For a carpark that is constantly having issues, hasn’t even installed PayPass even though installing the machine and promising it a long time ago to increase their price is ludicrous.  This place is constantly having issues with the boom gates and flooding stinks.  I know a lot of people are boycotting in my office. Do better

omg! tried to set up an accout to book a casual spot in st kilda, 1, website wont let me. 2, called the help ph number follwed the prompts, ph line the cut off ,  so i couldnt speak to a human. not happy!!!!!!

I had a terrible experience here yesterday. Both the website and signage throughout the carpark said that the space was open until 11pm, however when I returned to my car just after 10:30pm I found all gates and entrances locked, with no way of getting into my car. I called the helpline and after many back and forth interactions was finally able to get the gate opened, only to get to my car and attempt to drive out to find the gates closed again. I then had to get back in contact with the call centre who weren't able to open the exit for me and eventually was told to drive to the entrance gate where they were finally able to open the gates. The whole ordeal took almost 20 minutes and I felt quite unsafe the whole time I was waiting outside the carpark, in a dimly lit street, late at night and alone. I would not recommend parking here if you plan on returning late, as despite their opening hours the company seems to close the gates regardless, leaving you stranded without a way to access your car on the inside. Very disappointing.

I strongly advise against using this carpark. In the past 5 weeks I’ve faced multiple issues with this carpark including, being stuck inside several times endlessly trying to call them with no answer, my pass not working on several occasions, the gate not opening, and me being forced to wait 20 minutes for a technician. Yet again the gate is faulty and actually slammed down on my car causing noticeable damage. Park elsewhere.

High price for day rates unless you get in very early. Spacious for longer cars like 4wd. Clearance was fine for my triton with roof rack and awning but no lift.

How do you rate a carpark? Easy access. Easy to navigate. Plenty of room to move. However, at over $40 a day, I'd like my car washed too.

$35 for 2hrs parking!!!!! Could not believe the cost of parking here.

Terrible customer service. Machines not working for credit card payments, and phone system to get out has to be repeated as first time didn’t work. Overall over half an hour just to pay and leave.
