This is awful. I came to return an item and there’s only 1 customer service rep. There’s about 12 of us in line, I’m about number #8. I’ve been standing here for 5 minutes so far and the line has not moved 1 bit! BOZOS
Rude and I was told that I can no longer go in there store. Why? Because I "lost" my CC and wanted to see the footage. So , they called the police. Since that. I was told not to come back that this particular Wal-Mart DOES NOT WANT MY BUSINESS. ! ! CAN you believe the audacity. Truly, if I was not only lining off 870 monthly... I would NOT EVER GO THERE IF STUFF WAS COMPLETELY FREE. We all know that there is no such thing as free.
Ehh, it's Walmart. Most of the staff are friendly, some are excellent and helpful. Walmart doesn't have a great reputation for paying well so I can't blame any of them for not being super excited to be working there. Store is usually as clean as you expect a Walmart to be. The check out lines get out of control sometimes, trying to increase profits by not having enough staff I imagine. So, it's okay for what it is, convenient when you need it but not a stellar store either.
I really love this Walmart store simply because,it has almost every thing you need, from clothes, photo place,electronics, pharmacy, grocery stores,they have self service pay counters and clerk assisted counters, the have an ATM machine for your convenience,they accept all forms of payment,from cash, master card,visa, discover, American Express,the sam's club cars, personal checks,and their return policy is A+, their prices are relatively lower compared to other stores,that's one of the reasons why I'm a returning customer!!!!
The employees at the customer service are so freaking rude. I have no idea how are they able to work with that kind of attitude and behavior. Such a terrible service.

I truly wish stores replace cashiers and other floor sales associates including the “manager”, with machines and robots, and lots of self check out machines. I really don't mind scanning my own stuff myself. Some of these folks have disgusting attitudes, and discriminate so much.some of them have internalized racism. I come here for smaller things, or when I order online to pick up an item just so I don't have to go inside and deal with rude associates . Based on my last experience, I wont set foot again at this location. Most of them lack work ethics/customer service. I cannot believe how terrible I was treated today. I was ridiculed just because I told an associate to watch the way she talks to me. I regret it so much, every time I go there is a horrible experience. But I am done. Parting my ways with this location. They assume ppl that look like me go there to steal too. Cant shop like this. Im done.
If you ever have an issue in this store go to Angela Lessard. She is so helpful. I will not ask for any other associate but her. People mostly use self checkout because there are only usually 2 registers open but as you all already know this store has it all including food and accepts EBT as well.
Always a problem at this Walmart, where it’s at customer service rude employees, self check out escalating the situation for no reason or simply trying to find the right merchandise unorganized. Majority of things are in the wrong spot and they don’t hold a lot of main stream products which is unfortunate. Can only come for a couple of things then I’ll take my shopping to target which haves everything.
Superior selection and pricing than anticipated I only went there because the supermarket next door suddenly closed early, but I wasn't let down by the meal options, and I bought a couple of $4 t-shirts while I was there.
