Have contacted them before about getting my outboard serviced, told me they would call me back but they never did, also asked for a quote on a new outboard which they promised to email me, they also never did that
Ben and his team have appalling communication between his machanics and counter staff resulting in massive time wasted that he'll be more then happy to charge you for. I took my D3 220 there to be checked over after a sticky turbo actuator had been freed up the day before and they charged me $1600 to top it up with coolant .When i contacted him about it the conversation went around and around in circles with him trying to justify all the time they spent instead of apologizing for their miscommunication. Ben from Parker Marine is a pro and has been able to resolve several issues in our Volvo Penta. He was able to make himself available when needed and give us a honest review of work to do on the engine.
Great service and extremely proffessional Ben and the team have looked after my Volvos on my sunseeker for several years now and I wouldnt trust anyone else. Highly recommend them
