Very clean, well maintained apartments in a perfect location. Two bedrooms with balcony, two bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. Washing and drying faculties in the bathroom as well. Foxtel in living room which has two nice couches. The view from the balcony is great you can see for miles. The building is very quiet with no noiset from other guests. Two steps out the door is the train direct to the city as well many many great restaurants. Big shopping centre within walking distance to get all your supplies if you want to stay in to mate your own food Would stay here again no problem and would recommend this place to anyone
A very warm welcome as soon as I walked in the door . Spotlessly clean . Has everything to offer . Handy to everything great location. Best of all I had to leave the apartments early to get back to Q.L.D for the last outbreak of covid after only starting one night had booked for 4 . The gentleman in the office said I will organize a refund for you on 3 nights remaining, true to his word it was back in my account 2 days later without me even mentioning a refund . Will definitely booking here again . Thank you
Next to Glen Waverley Train Station, so expect to hear loud train horns in the early morning. Thin walls mean you'll potentially hear noises from the corridor and neighboring units. Walking distance to The Glen shopping mall, convenient for grocery runs. Vast choices of restaurants right next door. Close proximity to a cinema, and a library. Beautiful sunset views of the city if you manage to get a high floor facing west.
Don't stay here if you value sleep. Uncomfortable beds and pillows, inadequate curtains which let in the light pollution from outside and there is poor soundproofing and glazing to prevent the noise from the train horns downstairs which occur every 30 mins. Amenities are clean and neat, this however doesn't assist with the problems listed above.
We lived here for a month. Great place. Close to all the fantastic eateries and walking distance to the Glen shopping center. Directly above the Glen Waverley train and bus station. Its a very convenient place to live.
We enjoyed our stay a lot. Everything in the unit especially the toilet looks really clean! You’ve got everything you need even they have prepared food container for you to put your leftover and laundry basket for you to take your laundries if you needed. The location is awesome too, very close to The Glen shopping center and just above the train station. Also they’ve got the car park for free which is very convenient. When you check out, simply drop the key to the key drop off box and you are free to go. Overall we are very satisfied.
Tidy & neat, good kitchen, but odd annoyances. Noisy apartment with constant loud drone of airconditioner or heaters thru the walls. Great location. Only one bedside table & lamp for four beds, no shelf in shower, tiny space around toilet with no shoulder or hip room for anyone not a size eight
Great location, big and spacious rooms. Old cheap TV, no batteries in Foxtel remote, no Foxtel sattelite signal and slow intermittent internet. Its at the high end pricewise so expected better,
Good place. Will give you everything u need for day to day life. Only the consumables like toiletries, groceries etc need to be brought, which again are easily available nearby. They charged me rates depending on the duration of the stay.
Good for a short stay if you're on a business trip to the area. Adjacent to Glen Waverley train station. CBD is a 40 minute train ride away
