Update- since I last reviewed, they have vastly improved their coffee. It is actually now my favourite bakery in Melbourne. I've been back dozens of times, tried almost every item on their menu, and it is fully deserving of its 5 stars. Their baguettes are very authentic too!

The almond croissant was beautiful, had a crisp butter crust and was generously filled with frangipane. 
The beignets are gorgeous too! It would have been 5 stars, however I think the coffee could be improved a little. Still an overwhelmingly positive experience, and I will certainly be back.
