Ive been going here for the past 5 years and never have I ever gone to a nail salon as good as here. All staff always pay such attention to detail and care about how you like your nails that it’s honestly difficult to go to any other salon. They always make time for you even if you havent booked and they’re always nice and friendly :

I have been going to this place for six years Lily and Lam used to be so nice and professional but recently in the last 12 months they have become rude and dishonest. Even staff who have worked there have left due to their unethical business practice. They now have limited staff and can’t manage bookings so your booking spot just gets cancelled without a care. I can’t believe after being a loyal customer for over five years I get treated this way. All my friends went elsewhere years ago but I still kept returning only because it is convenient and close to home. I will not step foot in this place again they have no respect and their service is rude and unprofessional. Their good reviews are also fake. It’s very sad for me that the place I once loved so much, I now feel so uncomfortable and won’t be returning again. I do not recommend this place at all.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

I have been going to this place for close to 4 years,they used to be professional and nice.Recently,they have become very dishonest about their prices and of course there is a clear communication barrier.Their website lists a different price and they have been charging me $20 extra.Upon enquiring ,they mentioned it’s coz i get a longer length.Mind you they never ever mentioned it was extra for that till i asked.Despite doing a regular length they still charged me the same and said it took 2 hrs to do it,they had me sitting and waiting 45 minutes before they started doing my nails and after wasting my time they have the audacity to charge me extra for that.I am not a confrontational person so i paid and left.Super disappointed with their unethical business practice,after 4 yrs of being loyal i can now confidently say i am never returning to this establishment.

Top class in the pasta but those days are gone...terrrible service...everytime you find a new person that is not up to the job.
