Terrible experience to get my discharge papers to get my medication, you have to go to your GP while sick waiting for them to fax a request instead of just emailing it to myself directly. No we must jump through hoops for no good reason. Most nurses act like they don’t want to be there, especially night shift nurses afternoon are usually okay. Night shift act like they were forced to work. Why does everything have to be so complicated for a single document? Please explain why you can’t give me discharge papers when I’m actually discharge?
Being a patient has been interesting. Mixing different diagnoses with each other is not the way to go especially when you have come to recover. Some night time staff, not so friendly. Day time staff are great. Management needs a massive overhaul. Not the best.
The staff here literally hate people, they'll sedate you even if you're not angry or violent just because you're too happy and excited
