The place is tucked away which I like, but it was a little hard to find. Good communication and booking was really easy. The lady who did my massage did a great job. I felt very relaxed afterwards. Friendly customer service.

I had a very bad experience here about 3 months ago and promised never to go again. But, I was given a voucher and booked an appointment YESTERDAY. I arrived early and the shop had a closed sign up. One minute before the appointment I knocked loudly and still no response. I SMSd and I was told the staff were arriving at 3.30, not 3 because she missed the train. Nearby shops had not seen action all day despite the opening hours starting at 10. 'Missed train' is a common excuse used by this place but I don't believe it because the shop was closed and normally there are a few staff at least. Never going again. Would give a zero if I could

Got a voucher for a friend without doing enough research and had the same problem everyone else did. She assumed I was trolling sending her to a place she said initially refused to take her booking even though I'd prepaid, that it was seedy and smelly and the workers were obviously students with no massage qualifications.

Is i can give a 0 star I will, these people are very hard to get in touch with to make a booking and they even hesitate to call any one back. They are also very rude and ignorant to the phone calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND WILL NOT GO BACK TO USE THEIR SERVICE EITHER. Once you paid the money for the voucher, that's it, they don't care.

I have been coming here for two years now. I absolutely adore this plave and all the staff. Amazing full body massages. Wether I come here on a voucher or not I am treated the same, 100 percent effort and care is put into my massage. That is Parichs point of difference which I love :

I couldn't use my voucher, they don't answer calls and delay for long until they reply your text and always say everything is booked out. Too much hassles and the person in charge of booking was very rude

This place is not a spa. Its a total seedy dirty looking dive. I felt groce being in there. Whilst having my facial, the thai lady was eating with her mouth open over me. Totally unprofessional.

Aweful experience. What a bad service and she was talking down on me the all time. Such a waste of time and money. Never again!

Worst experience ever. Do not recommend!
