Ordered a taxi van 24 hrs before our ride. Got a phone call 1 hour before pick up to tell us it was going to another job so they will send two cars. Only one car came, to the wrong address! Was a half hour before the next car came to pick up the rest of the group. So a $40 van ride cost over $80 in two cars with half our party half an hour late. Atrocious. Bring on uber!
