So happy. All the staff are friendly and helpful . Love the happy attitudes.
Our vet Georgia Preist was fantastic with my dog Tippy. He wasnt a big fan of strangers but she was always patient kind and caring, especially on the day when we had to say goodbye to him due to terminal illness. I highly recommend this vet clinic if your looking for above and beyond pet care for your furr babies. I miss my boy Tippy every day and i will never ever forget the love and care he was shown by the staff at the Parap Vetinary Hospital
Caring, thoughtful and usually on time. They understand an old dog and what is important for him.
When I called told me what was wrong with my dog was an emergency and needed to go to the vet but couldn't move anything around for an appointment, was told to get an uber from parap to litchfield as I can't drive. Very disappointed, and not the first time it's happened either. Doesn't feel like they care about their clients.
Parap vets were fantastic with our 1st dog 13 years ago and are still fantastic with our current dog. Always kind, gentle and caring with us and our little doggo. Our dog is treated like a star every visit. All the staff come out to say hello. Vets go out of their way to give the best advice and treatment and always discuss financial cost if treatments could be expensive, never any nasty surprises.
Great vet clinic. Looked after me so well when I first moved to Darwin and my dog died suddenly. I wasn’t even a customer but they treated me so well. Now I have just bought a new puppy and have started going here as my regular vet, and could not wish for better service and help with my new pup. Highly recommended and so glad I found this vet
Great staff and a great experience all the animals that I have seen were so nice to my first-timer at the vets and sorted his issue quickly.
So grateful to Parap vets for seeing our pup so quickly and fitting him in for surgery. Lovely caring staff and very professional. Highly recommended.
